Privacy policy
Effective date: 8 July 2026. The short version: this site is built to know as little about you as possible.
What we don't collect
- No accounts, no forms, no cookies. The site sets no cookies and uses no advertising or social trackers.
- Calculator inputs stay in your browser. Prices, origins, and options you enter are processed locally by JavaScript and are never transmitted to us. Shareable links encode your inputs in the URL only when you copy them yourself.
What is processed technically
- Hosting. The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Like any web server, Cloudflare processes your IP address and request metadata to deliver pages and protect against abuse. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- Fonts. Web fonts are self-hosted on this site. Your browser never contacts Google Fonts or any other third-party font service.
- Aggregate statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless, privacy-first measurement tool that counts page views in aggregate and does not track individuals across sites. See how it works.

Guides link to official sources (ch.ch, post.ch, bazg.admin.ch, estv.admin.ch) and occasionally to shops or carriers. Their privacy practices are their own.
Affiliate links
Some outbound links (for example to Wise) are affiliate links: if you sign up through one, the provider may pay us a commission, at no extra cost to you. These are ordinary links — we share no personal data with these partners, and following them is entirely optional.
